No image may be reproduced, copied, modified, published, transmitted, displayed, or distributed in any form or by any means, without the express written permission of Cyndi Chaney Photography. "Copyrights in all images remain with CCP at all times. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the gallery for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing images via social media is permitted, but only with proper attribution and without alteration. You may not use these images for any commercial purposes, to enter contests, or for any other use not explicitly permitted in these terms, without a separate licensing agreement. 

Cyndi Chaney reserves the right to edit and select only those photographs deemed to be of professional quality for display in the gallery. The photographer may use images from the gallery for self-promotion, including but not limited to, advertising, portfolio, and online marketing.
